Agency work at Water Street instilled a mindset that emphasized the importance of merging strategy and design. This experience deepened my knowledge of the creative process and honed my client relationship management skills.
Contract role with Okta’s Marketing Department to further the execution of the strategic roadmap. Assisted with multiple projects on a part-time basis managing geographically dispersed teams.
Water Street
- Planned and implemented projects. Established project roadmaps, developed internal creative briefs and external project proposals, identified potential risks, outlined and allocated resources required to successfully complete the project within budget and scheduling requirements.
- Streamlined the development of printed communications using data-driven design to free up resources and reduce print costs
- Supervised graphic production for semi-annual launches of household brands valued at billions. Specified design requirements to meet project goals while adhering to brand guidelines and compliance regulations. Offered strategic brand guidance, skilled direction, support, and delegation to creative team members.
- Managed proofing and approval process with clients. Collected and incorporated feedback and managed project documentation and deliverables by version. Followed strict QC processes that enhanced output of print/digital materials ensuring file quality and brand guidelines were met.
Okta
- Facilitated the initial launch phase of Okta’s website rebrand, managing project execution to oversee adherence to schedule and scope and encouraged cross-functional collaboration between content, design, and web teams.
- Assisted the design team with the implementation of the digital asset management system, Brandfolder. Worked with senior creative leadership to define system requirements and begin configuration & testing. Monitored data migration, contributed to the creation of documentation, and fostered successful adoption through internal training & communications.
- Project managed Okta documentary, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external production teams. Collaborated with team leads in content, marketing, events, as well as staff interviewees to ensure communication was clear, logistics were handled seamlessly, and project milestones were met.

This in-house position with a luxury product manufacturer evolved from a project-to-project graphic design job to a comprehensive managerial role in which I significantly transformed external brand presence and internal processes.
- Shaped the visual identity across both digital and print platforms, orchestrating a significant transformation in external brand presence, by crafting compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, packaging, environmental graphics, merchandise, and more.
- Identified industry trends and harnessed market insights to pioneer innovative strategies spanning digital and traditional channels, successfully formulating and executing multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, to drive growth and achieve marketing objectives
